It is so interesting that in the past 50 years, some airlines has changed their logos.
I am sure many people did not notice of the logo that has been changed so far until now. Some, became better and some worse. Most of the people are happy to see a new logo but a few , they don’t as they get used to old ones. Still they are not satisfied with new logos.
Changing logo is something that is very important in branding. It might drive more customers or lose. Depends on how the logo itself looks a like.
As this infographic shows, national identity, speed and history, let alone the tail fin of a plane all mix to stay us flying.
Beside, I found this infographic very interesting for me as I am working on the branding and logo design daily. My clients sometimes request for to update the logo of their company which makes me interesting to keep their logo change history in tracking.
